Browsing and buying are free. Sellers pay a small fee on completed sales, and new sellers pay 0% for their first 30 days. There are no listing fees, ever.

Place a bid on a live auction. If you're the highest bidder when the timer ends, you win. You'll need a payment method on file to bid.

If a bid lands in the final moments of an auction, we extend the clock a little so everyone has a fair chance to respond. No more losing in the last second.

Some listings let you skip the auction and buy instantly at a set price. Just tap Buy It Now and check out.

On listings that accept offers, send the seller your price. They can accept, decline, or counter.

Tap the heart to save an item, and follow sellers to catch their new listings. We'll alert you when you're outbid or when something you're watching is ending soon.

Check out securely with a debit or credit card. All payments are for physical goods and are processed by our payment partner, Stripe.

For Buy It Now and accepted offers, you're charged at checkout. For auctions, you're charged when you win.

It keeps auctions fair and makes sure winning bids can be honored. You're only charged if you win or complete a purchase.

Yes. Card details are handled securely by Stripe. MarkitMix never stores your full card number.

Choose shipping to your address, or free local pickup when the seller offers it. You'll see the options on every listing before you buy.

Yes. Buy multiple items from the same seller and bundle them into one shipment to save. Smart shipping is built in.

Every order updates in real time under your activity, from purchase to delivery.

Message the seller first, since most issues sort out quickly. If you can't reach a resolution, open a dispute or email us at info@markitmix.shop.

Tap Sell and apply to become a seller. We review every application by hand, then you connect your bank through Stripe to get paid.

There are no listing fees, ever. We charge a small fee on completed sales, and we waive it entirely for your first 30 days, so new sellers keep 100%.

Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe after an order is completed.

No. We provide free prepaid shipping labels, or you can offer local pickup.

Go to Settings to update your profile, addresses, payment methods, and notification preferences.

Go to Settings, then Sign-in & Security, then Delete My Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the steps to reset it by email.

Every seller is reviewed by hand before they can list, and select high-end items are sold under our authenticated Luxury category.

After every order, buyers can leave a review for the seller. Reviews help great sellers stand out and help you shop with confidence.

You can report a listing, a seller, a chat message, or a review right from the app. We take every report seriously.

Yes. You can block a user from a chat thread or their seller profile, and they won't be able to contact you.

Everyone agrees to our Community Guidelines, Terms, and Privacy Policy. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
