Buy It Now listings never expire. They stay live until they sell out or you end them, and restocking a sold-out listing is one tap from Manage Auctions.
Flash sales
Run a timed discount on any BIN listing: 1% to 99% off, any number of hours, with an optional cap on discounted units. Buyers see the slashed price, the countdown, and the original crossed out, and everyone who favorited the item gets notified. When the timer ends or the cap sells out, the price restores itself.
Drops
Schedule a listing for a future go-live and toggle Promote as a Drop. It appears on the public Drops page and your store’s Coming Soon rail with a countdown, and buyers can tap Remind Me. Buyers are alerted five minutes before the Drop and again when bidding opens.
Pick Schedule, set the go-live time, and flip on Promote as a Drop.
Pro tip: Stack several drops to go live the same evening and tease them on your socials. A drop turns a listing into an event, and the first minutes of an event are where bids happen. Works for auctions and BIN alike.
