Reviews. Buyers can rate you 1 to 5 stars with a comment for 60 days after an order completes, one review per order. Your average shows on your profile, your listings, and your dashboard. You cannot reply to reviews yet, so let your response be operational: fix the thing buyers mention.
Your storefront. Cover image, avatar, bio, social links, a Featured carousel, and your upcoming drops. Buyers can follow you, message you, and share your store with a link. The green dot when you are online quietly tells buyers they will get a fast reply.
Followers are your mailing list. Every new listing you publish notifies your followers, and your drops appear in their feeds. Be worth following (consistent listings, fair prices, fast shipping), then reward them with drops and flash sales.
